The ceremonial opening of the new loft in the leisure centre TYMY Holešov took place in June 2022. The construction work included the construction of an outdoor staircase and also a new elevator shaft with an elevator that ensured barrier-free access to all floors of the building.

We participated of the competition Building of the Year 2021 Zlín region after 4 years. We were awarded by two prizes for our realizations – Revitalization of the farmyard in Rymice and Kindergarten in the area of Krajská nemocnice T. Bati. We send many thanks to our investors for great cooperation.

In the period December 2021 – November 2022 we realize construction work of home for the elderly in Holešov.We bring you few photos from the roof one of the highest building in Holešov. We can see many other roofs that we reconstructed in the past – Holešov chateau, Přílepy chateau, Gymnasium of Holešov, Stará Ves church.

We started the reconstruction of interior of the chateau in Přílepy.The current appearance of the complex comes from the reconstruction of 1885.In the years 1955-1994 there was a maternity hospital in the Holešov district.After the completion of the construction work,there will be a municipal office, a library and a cultural hall and facilities.

We started new year 2022 with collective hockey game. Thanks go to Martina and Michal who organized the whole activity 🙂

We realize the interior´s reconstruction of the Municipal office in Klenovice na Hané in the period from October 2021 to April 2022. The short videoshot shows future visualization according to the design of ing. arch. Anna Hrubá.

After 7 months of construction, the premises of the Kindergarten of Krajská nemocnice T. Bati have been in operation since September 2021.

We are working on the reconstruction of six blocks of flats in the year 2021. We are currently completing three of them in October.

We realize a complete reconstruction of of fire station in Osíčko in the perion April-September 2021.

We are realizing a new kindergarten in Krajská nemocnice T. Bati. The structurally complete construction is done in the first three months.
