Three Kings came with the new year 2025.

In connection with the preparatory work, the reconstruction of the main part of the listed building of the Morava Spa house in Lázně Slatinice will begin in December. The construction work includes reconstruction of the balneo operation, rooms for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, the areas for hydrotherapy and reconstruction of the historic mansard roof.

V říjnu 2024 jsme zahájili generální rekonstrukci objektu barokní sýpky v Rymicích. Projekt bude realizován v rámci programu NPO Brownfieldy. Rekonstrukcí budovy dojde k jejímu oživení a po dlouhé době ke znovu užívání. Nově tak vznikne polyfunkční objekt se zázemím pro obec. Své místo zde najde obecní úřad,kanceláře,klubovna,posilovna,zasedací místnost a hostinec včetně kuchyně.

We completed the realization of energy optimization of sports hall in Uherské Hradiště.

The ceremonial opening of Natural Birth Center took place on September 3, 2024. The reconstruction resulted in the modernization of the space of the maternity ward, the ambulatory part and the creation of a new space for natural childbirth. One-year reconstruction took place while maternity ward was in full operation.

The company friendly meeting of our employyes took place in the premises of our building supply store on Friday 29th August.

We started construction work of block of flats in Palackého street, Holešov in October 2023. The building has 5 floors and 21 flats. The structural shell was finished in June 2024.

The reconstruction of the horse barn building completes the revitalization of the entire farm yard in Rymice, which is part of the collection of immovable cultural monuments. The repair consisted in the replacement of the roof covering, hole fillings were newly installed and plastering, painting and electrical installation were carried out.

At the end of the year 2023 we completed new warehouse in our business premises.

Our annual company-wide training took place at the beginning of March 2024. Our employees have completed statutory training and technical training for individual professions (bricklayer, carpenter, thinsmith). The day traditionally included a meeting of the employees with the company's management. The employees who have been with the company for 20years were awarded a loyalty medal.

We completed the construction of utility premises in the area of the castle in January 2024. The building will be used for the needs of a children's home and a primary school.
